We want every customer to receive the best price available. If you find an identical product available for less from an authorized UK retailer, we will match it.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Product must match in size, color, model, and specifications.

  • Competitor must be an authorized UK retailer.

  • The item must be in stock.

  • Request must be made before purchase or within 7 days of order date.

How to Claim

Send the following to our support email:

  • A link or screenshot of the competitor’s offer

  • Your order number, if already purchased

Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

  • Clearance, final-sale, or liquidation items

  • Pre-owned, open-box, or damaged items

  • Auction or marketplace listings

  • Member-only pricing, coupons, or promotions

  • Listing errors or misleading ads

Refund of Difference

If approved after purchase, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
